Abraham (guessing tactician) would have at least white dice in every stat and high nerve, plus some special and leader ability. Morgan (based on the comic) would be better in melee and likely be a runner after spending so much time alone with decent stats in melee and defence, and medium nerve. While he can shoot and gets some guns off Rick in issues 1, by the time we see him again he is having to resort to Duane's trusty shovel so I would give him a red dice (or maybe 2 red dice) in shooting to represent him being a bit rusty with that stat.

I played a solo game the other day, 150 points, and ran a squad of Glenn w/ Riot Gear, Michonne w/ Katana, and Maggie and Dale. I pretty much just blasted through the game with no problem. I had Glenn running and picking up all the supplies and I was rolling stupidly well so he never made any noise while he ran. Michonne stayed back and managed the walkers while Maggie stuck back and maintained the threat while sometimes going for supplies. Dale was just an extra body in case I needed to pick up some actions. He wasn't the most useful in the game but having that extra shot at holding my nerve came in handy, even if it didn't pay off to often.
I probably should have gotten rid of Maggie and Dale and just used Rick instead because Rick's white hold your nerve die is far more consistent than Maggie's orange, even if Maggie doesn't have to roll and action die before.
Either way I was able to gather all 9 supplies (I usually just see how many I can get before my threat maxes out) and even make it back to my side of the board with no one dying. The only speed bump I hit was that Michonne got bit at around the 6 supply mark, but even then she still survived until the end.
The MVP was definitely Glenn. With the riot gear, his defense was insane. Combine that with his ability to roll an action die to get out of melee, as well as his 8" run with the possibility of not making any noise, he was moving around the play area faster than a bullet.
Glenn is definitely a HUGE asset to have on your team, at least in supply run scenarios.

Thanks for the answers regarding the Abraham/Morgan forecasts!
I guess Abraham might definitely be a great survivor to have in your team

Just tried out a test play at 150 points. I think I need to read the rules through a couple more times to get the hang of the sequences and I missed a few dice rolls here and there. But overall as a solo game I enjoyed it.A reference sheet would be useful rather than flitting through the rules all the time. Are you supposed to get all 9 supplies in solo? I may have finished my game early and are you supposed to exit the board?

You only need 5-7 supplies depending on the size of game. I don't have things on hand but at 150 pts, I think that is 6 supply tokens.

Just killed Michonne withe her Katanna using Derek with a machete and one walker. You can guess the dice were pretty one sided. I like larger gangs with cheap people to throw into danger or run to grab supplies while you have one decent person armed to kill survivors and walkers.
