Hi! My name is Dave (going on 40)and I'm from upstate NY. Came across the TWD kickstarter on Feedhammer (I use it to keep up on WH40k). Love the AMC show (don't hate me) but getting into the comics now. Really enjoyed the atmosphere in the kickstarter comments and pledged for STF. Looking forward to good times here and in game.

Greetings I'm Lee and I'm just getting into tabletop terrain gaming. I love everything about TWD! I backed Something to Fear and getting both the expansions the mats and two other add on. I can't wait! I'm also an avid DF terrain collector as well. Thanks for doing this!

Hi all, Pete here. Relatively new to Kickstarter, but certainly not to gaming. I've been figure gaming since I first read Terry Wise's Intro to Battlegaming back in the very early seventies. For most of the 70s and early 80s I gamed WW2 and Cold War Gone Hot with Heroics and Ros 6mm figures (GHQ were unavailable or unknown to most gamers in NZ). I moved to 15mm Renaissance with the 1979 WRG rules and also dabbled in 25mm Renaissance and Early Medieval. In the mid 80s it was all about RPGs - Apocalypse, Rolemaster and AD&D with some Shadowrun thrown in towards the end of the decade. I pretty much pianted Ral Partha and Grenadier miniatures exclusively for a few years
From about 1993 - 2006 onward I was involved in the various projects that morphed into Flames of War as we now know it. I was a 15mm painter by preference as limited means meant I was reliant on commissions from Battlefront etc and paid in kind. I played some Rogue Trooper 40K and 2nd ed, and learned to paint 28mm via the pages of the classical era White Dwarf.
I've always been a big time boardgamer but only really for one system for the last 30 years (Advanced Squad Leader) which has seen me travel to Tourneys in Singapore, Europe and the US.
Zombicide and Last Night on Earth were icing on the cake with my ex being an inveterate zombie films fan and my liking post-apoc fiction in general.
As I said in my intro, I'm relatively new to Kickstarter, mainly because I seem to find out about kickstarters after they finish. That's why I only rteally got in with a late pledge on Z:Black Plague. But for once I found a KS that worked for me from day one and that was TWD. I'd only read the comics to the end of the Governor arc and was keeping the TV series and the comic happily segregated.
So I'm using this game to get back up to speed on painting 28-32mm minis in general and also seeing what I can scrtachbuild terrain wise as all my terrain is primarily 15mm WW2 oriented.
It's a big sea change for me, but I'm looking forward to it. I'll probably start a project diary shortly as a way of recording the entire journey from scratch.

Well i finally did it, i joined ths forum and im pretty damn glad i did because you guys all sound awesome.
Anyway im Alex, mid 20s guy from Melbourne, Australia.
A friend showed me the kickstarter a few weeks before it wrapped up, he funded it and asked if i wanted to help him paint his, sounded awesome and after a lot of uming and ahing i funded it as well. It was my first kickstarter and this is my first actual serious try at tabletop gaming, ive played stuff like zombicide and all, painted a little 40k but never played, its always been something ive wanted to get into but i always put it off. honestly a lot of the draw came from the fact its the walking dead and that i can do this as a weekly activity with my buddy.

Hi, I'm Neelix, 44. I live in Britanny, in the north-western part of France. Most of the games I play for the moment are 28mm skirmish ones: Saga, Dead Man's Hand, Frostgrave, Bolt Action. I must admit the few contacts I've had with zombies in games have been only in the Zombicide boardgame, so I'm kind of a "rookie" survivor...

Hi folks - I joined the forum a little while ago but haven't got round to introducing myself yet. I live in the UK, aged 55 with 4 'kids' aged 16 to 26. I have no experience in painting miniatures but have done a fair bit of scale modelling in the past. I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on the minis and doing some 3D terrain in particular. I played DnD years ago but haven't played any RPGs recently.
Thanks for starting this forum!

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. I was lucky to get the EB pledge on the TWD: All Out War Kick Starter, and was lucky enough to get on the Battle Systems: Urban Apocalypse Kick starter, as well.
Looking forward to this forum and getting to know everyone.
I'm from Paris, Texas. I watch the TV show and will soon be reading the comic. I've gotten into Zombicide, and it is a lot of fun, as well.
Just wanted to tell everyone, Hi.

Hello, im Joris (30) from Belgium. Big fan of the tv show for a long time and since this year started to collect the comics. I like boardgames and miniature games (have a collection of axis and allies miniatures with custom made terrain) and now i'm trying to paint my Zombicide miniatures (but still in the learning process).
I only recently found out about TWD: All Out War Miniature game so unfortunately missed out on the kickstarter. But looking forward to when this game with hit the shelves.
Anyway, just hope this forum will be very active when the game comes out to see lots of photos and read story's of how people enjoy this game.
