not sure about the mechanics of the scenario but i am in the process of making a 1/48 scale model out of my house so i can make my own personal scenario, find models that look like me and my friends and take on the apocalypse

PvP
Rescue the Prisoner
Faction 1 holds prisoner a member of faction 2 that needs to be rescued before a certain threat level is reached. The prisoner could still be partially controlled by faction 2 an allow for things like attempting escape or attacking their captives. You could limit movement to crawls and attacks to unarmed melee.
PvP
Infiltrate the Enemy
Faction vs. Faction battle one side holds an area using barricades that must be defended against the oncoming faction. The opposing leader must be killed for either side to win. Point values would need to be balanced perhaps giving more points to the attackers and less to the defenders.
Coop
Defend against the herd
Two factions fight together against an onslaught of walkers. Walkers might be worth 5-7 points instead of 15. A win could be archived by killing the zombies or flanking them and drawing them away. Victory conditions achieved if no walkers are beyond the barricade (cue Les Miserable music) or in base contact with the barricade and both players have at least one survivor.
One variation of this could also include Whisperers. When engaged in melee with a walker roll (black) on a star the walker is a Whisperer and you can add a white dice to the walkers attack/defense.

Nice, very nice. Ok, this one i came up with a while ago, its going to need at least a custom deck... Its called hungry hungry herschell... Basically you need to get X×3 food cards to the herschell mini that you place somewhere on the board, herschell is scenery, zombies dont bother him. You need to make base contact with herschell and spend an action point to give him a food item. Its pedantic but you can only cary one food item at a time, the food item takes up an inventory slot. there will be event cards like "spoilage: all the food items that the characters have in their inventory are now rotten and must be discarded" or "the smell of blood: any characters carrying a food item of a "meat" type attract zombies, move the closest three zombies 6 inches towards the character" Its fetchquesting...with zombies. Thats a basic outline anyway.
