The season finale has aired and we got to see Negan in all his glory. On the whole is was a okay episode, it dragged on to long thanks to the longer run time, but the final scene more than made up for it. I really wanna know who got Lucille'd at the end though! Peeple are saying it was Carl, but I don't think it was, most likely Daryl, Glenn, Abraham or Tara (was that Tara with them? I forget names for some characters now and then lol). I cannot wait until October for season 7 where we find out who died and get started on the road to All Out War. Oh, kingdom knights! WOOHOO!!

I think people are being very hard on it in general. Watching their situation become more desperate and seeing Rick lose his confidence was great drama. Loved Negan.

Definitely great drama, i liked the false rythm of the roadtrip, maybe a bit repetitive, but worth it.
The Negan is great, we have the guy with the charisma to oppose Rick for a while (and it confirms that the AMC Governor was a joke, like in the comics). We just have to pray for the confrontations to be epic.
Who died... well...no frecking idea at this point. The choice to remain it unknown is comprehensible for a lot of reasons, not only marketing... That was probably the best cliffhanger to place and the next season will start with no introduction.
But please, now don't screw the rest of the show with uninteresting second plan plots... We don't care about the Morgan/Carol spiritual and selfish cryings... There is no turning back to survive in such world. Become the hunter or be hunted.

I really enjoyed the episode right up until the last ten seconds. The atmosphere was tense and you could feel the fear. JDM was great as Negan although I expected him to be more bulked. I don't like the fact that they left us hanging on who had died, we have known all season someone was going to and the last 3 episodes have all built up to it and then rather than having the full effect of seeing someone beaten to death while the rest scream helpless, we are left wondering for 6 months, just to ensure the ratings are higher for the season 7 opener. Like they wouldn't have been anyway. The Carol Morgan bit was good but a little predictable. Enid needs to die, she's annoying as hell. Anyone Notice that Daryl was hardly focussed on and had no lines or even a defiant stare?

Daryl was to busy sulking, just like he has been the last couple of seasons

It was Rosita , not Tara . Personally I'm leaning towards Glenn now or maybe Eugene . I think killing a wounded Daryl wouldn't have quite the same effect . My favourite part of the whole episode though was getting a better look at the knights , bring on the Kingdom and Shiva !!!!

Also I thought they might have got a more bulked out guy to play Neegan , I'm sure he'll do a good job but I imagined Neegan being a more dominant presence on screen.

Weird thing is, you see him as the Comedian and he is huge.

Speedwaystar1, thanks I always get Tara and Rosita mixed up in the show lol! The guy playing Negan (always forget his name) is a pretty big guy if you look at him in season 1 of Supernatural where he played John Winchester, easily upwards of 6' when you compare him to the 6'6" Jared that plays Sam. I think it's the fact that he isn't as bulked up in build as the comic iteration of Negan that downplays his stature. I cheered when he came out though since they did a damn fine job of making him look as close to the comic version as possible and leaving some room for a unique appearance to the tv shows'.

I have to say that the episodes was good, I liked slowly watching the group realize that they are dealing with a huge group and are in over their head. Also, the last 15 mins was awesome and Negan killed it, he had me wanting one of them to be killed haha, but the fact that they did not show who was killed was the biggest let down in the shows history. Not only did it devaluate the scene, but the entire second half of the season as well. This was a historic moment in the comic, and could have been the biggest scene in the show's history, but it fell so flat that it was disappointing. All for the sake of a cliffhanger? Which for me personally, actually backfired, I find myself not longer caring who was killed and when the credits rolled I was not in suspense or wonder, I felt more insulted and annoyed. Now, don't get me wrong, I love this show and hardly compline about it this hard, and I will not stop watching or anything that extreme, but frig it was a dumb stunt. I'm going to stream the season opener for spite now lol.

I couldn't agree more Troy. Apart from the streaming bit.

I couldn't agree more Troy. Apart from the streaming bit. Haha, yeah I want to watch the opener, but I don't want to give them the ratings by tuning in, or my PVR view, haha that's my way of sticking it to em, which I will most likely break and watch it live on TV anyway...
