I have my own custom rules that are in the playtesting phase for this. The hedgerows count as soft cover and the barriers are for hard cover. You can climb on top of the gas station via the dumpster in the back.
The vehicles are 1:43
The chain link fence turned out good although its a bad picture. It is auto repair mesh. I spraypainted it with some brown to simulate rust, then flocked with green foam and parsely; finished off with some good ole hairspray to keep it in its place. The bars were made from some leftover plastic sprues I had laying around.

Congrats! That is some fantastic looking terrain, I would love to play a game of TWD on that board! You have totally captured that apocalypse look! Also, is that Sam and Dean's 67 Impala I spot??

Wow, I'm with everyone. This is totally awesome.
Could you tell me where you got your trees and the light posts, and what scale or size they are?
I would appreciate it.

Also, is that Sam and Dean's 67 Impala I spot?? hey, good eyes you got there. As soon as I saw that, I had to have it. It's 1:43. The bushes and hedges I bought at HObby Lobby but I can't remember what brand. They had some nice hay bales too. The lights are N scale and I bought them off ebay for a pretty low price. They actually worked too but I didn't want to go through the trouble of wiring it up. So I clipped the wires and the bottom is metal so a disc magnet worked perfectly for holding it to the magnetic tiles.

The board looks great! Well done pulling the various elements together into a nice cohesive board. Looks like the setup would work good for Zombicide (and of course TWD)!
